Return Policy:

At Mjw Art Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Mjw Art Design is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind..

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Mjw Art Designs offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the contact page on the home page, or call us at 888-979-8950.  We require you provide a clear photo showing the issue.

Note:

Please note that Mjw Art Designs will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, a partial refund will be issued.

1. Eligibility:  We do not accept returns on customized or personalized items.

2. Return window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

3. Return process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at outwestgear.victoria@gmail.com. We will provide you with  instructions on how to proceed with the return.

4. Refunds: Once we approve, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 30 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

5. Shipping costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
